Every one of the thirteen stats the manifest tracks is set to +6, with no penalties anywhere — the only item documented on this wiki with no negative stat at all.

This makes it the generalist of the three amulets: [[Magician's Amulet]] and [[Warrior's Amulet]] each give +10 to a single stat, while this gives +6 to all of them. Which is better depends entirely on build, and no acquisition source is known for any of the three, so relative rarity is unknown.
