This matches the datamined shard cost of Air Missile (level 1: 1 Air Shard + 1 Spirit Shard) rather than the Air Blast row above (level 17: 2 Air Shards + 1 Void Shard). Either the live cost of this spell differs from the datamined table, or the observed spell is Air Missile under another name; the datamined block above is left unchanged until a spellbook screenshot settles it.
