One more data point pointing the same direction: the client's skills_system.display_name_overrides table maps the internal skill id "prayer" to the displayed name "Psalms" (2026-07-08) — the same internal-id-vs-display-name pattern seen elsewhere (e.g. Magic is internally "magic"). That the internal id is literally "prayer" — the bones-burying skill in comparable games — adds to, but does not independently confirm, the bury-bones hypothesis above; it is still not explicit confirmation of what burying Bones actually credits.
