The Glacial Bow sits at level 30 or 35 — both values were noted in-game (2026-07-05), so neither should be treated as canonical — and the requirement is an Archery or Crafting level (unconfirmed which). The fletch-and-string chain (knife on log → unstrung bow → string with Processed Flax) is verified only at the basic Bow tier; whether the Glacial Bow is made the same way from Glacial Logs via the Unstrung Glacial Bow is unconfirmed.
