This matches the datamined recipe row above exactly — the datamine is consistent with in-game observation. Water Blast is one of the game's eight combat spells.
Resolved discrepancy: an earlier note on this page recorded a Water + Air + Spirit shard cost and flagged a conflict with the datamined Void Shard component. That composition is Water Missile's cast cost (1 Water + 1 Air + 1 Spirit, Magic 5) and had been misattributed to Water Blast.
