The Spiky Boatman runs the final tutorial lesson and the exit: he provides a pickaxe for the mining task (mine tin and copper, smelt a Bronze Bar, forge a Bronze Short Sword at the anvil), and talking to him afterward boards his boat to the mainland, completing the tutorial (verified in-game, July 2026).
