Verified Location
Payasan NPCs are found in the snow-covered area on the east side of the desert zone, east of the desert lake and just before the bridge to the grass zone (verified in-game, 2026-07-05). The area is referred to here as the "Payasan zone" (informal name; whether it has a proper in-game name is unconfirmed), and the desert zone's own name is also unconfirmed (see Locations). The spirit-shard altar (see Spirit Shard and Shards) stands in this area.
