Overview
Shape Wizard is a SankoQuest creature, combat level 38, verified in-game (July 2026). Shape Wizards appear as a group north of Greentown, west of a lighthouse landmark also newly confirmed north of town.
Shape Wizard has no datamined catalog entry: it does not appear in the seed game data this wiki was built from, so this page has no bot-owned infobox block, model path, or render. This is the same no-seed-data pattern already documented for Bandit, Lil Dragon, and Lesser Giant — a real, wiki-first mob with no matching row in the game's seeded catalog. Everything here comes from in-game observation.
Not to be confused with
- Star Wizard — a separate, datamined mob entity. It is a different creature from Shape Wizard; Star Wizard has its own seed-data catalog entry (still without a documented combat level) and is not simply an alternate name for Shape Wizard.
- Shape Wizard Hat — an item, unrelated to the Shape Wizard mob beyond the similar name. Nothing currently ties the Shape Wizard mob to this hat as a drop or otherwise.
Name
"Shape Wizard" is the name as recorded in firsthand play; the enemies appear in-game as a group ("Shape Wizards"), and this page follows the wiki's convention of a singular page title for the species, matching how Bandit and Lil Dragon are titled. The exact in-game spelling and capitalization have not been double-checked against a screenshot. If the in-game spelling turns out to differ, this page should be moved and a redirect left behind.
Gameplay Notes
Shape Wizards are located north of Greentown, west of a lighthouse — a landmark north of Greentown that was itself only newly confirmed in-game (July 2026). East of that same lighthouse is the already-documented eastern progression on the main landmass: the scorpion/coal multi-combat zone, then Skeletons and Plasma Spiders, then Lil Dragons, then the Dragon at the summit. The lighthouse is a new landmark for orienting these areas relative to each other, not a sign of new zone content beyond marking where Shape Wizards sit (west of it).
Hitpoints, drops, and aggression/attack style have not been documented.
Datamine Coordinate Check (2026-07-08)
Client-side scene data (game scene registry) includes a "shape temple" region with its own top-level transform (high confidence), at approximately (303.7, 3.3, 148.2). The same data includes a "lighthouse" region, also with its own transform, at approximately (306.0, 3.7, 64.5), and a "greentown" region at approximately (374, 6.8, 289.5).
This is a likely — though still datamine-candidate, not gameplay-verified — position-based match for the Shape Wizard group described above: "shape temple" sits well north of Greentown (about 141 units lower on that axis) and only about 2 units apart from the lighthouse on the other horizontal axis — essentially the same north–south line as the lighthouse, roughly 84 units south of it. That places it in the same general area already described on this page (north of Greentown, near the lighthouse). It reads more precisely as "almost due south of the lighthouse" than as clearly "west of" it, though: the horizontal separation from the lighthouse on that axis is small enough that the coordinates alone don't sharply confirm the "west" directionality already on this page — treat the exact direction as consistent-with rather than confirmed-by the coordinates.
Independent of position, the region's content is also suggestive: "shape temple"'s only non-architectural asset is a rigged character model filed as buns/shapey_rigged.glb — "shapey" reads as a plausible internal nickname for a Shape Wizard NPC. Taken together (name, content, and general position), this is a likely but not confirmed match between the datamined "shape temple" region and the Shape Wizard group documented above; treat it as supporting cross-reference evidence, not as a replacement for the gameplay-verified location description.
