Overview

Cape is a back-slot item that appeared in the item catalog alongside the 2026-10-02 Patch. Its description is simply "A cape".

It is the first item ever recorded for the back slot. Equipment has carried the back slot as one of the game's empty equipment slots since the slot list was first read in July — the others being neck, filled by the three amulets in August, and ring, which is still empty.

So of the game's eleven equipment slots, only the ring slot now has no item.

Stats

None recorded. The Cape does not appear in the client's equipment stat manifest, which on this game has consistently meant an item with no stat bonuses — the same is true of every confirmed cosmetic (Beret, Straw Hat, Hamburger Hat, Uggs Boots).

Note this is not the same situation as Trimmed Armour, which is also absent from the manifest but inherits its base item's stats through a name fallback. No such fallback applies to the Cape — there is no "untrimmed Cape" to fall back to — so absence here really does indicate no bonuses.

How to Obtain

Unknown. The patch notes do not mention a cape, and no source is recorded in any client data. It is not stated to be part of the Sankeon Colossus rewards, though it did arrive in the same patch.
