Overview

A Pumpkin is the quest item for the second step of Jack's Little Gardening Job, where you find headless Jack a new head: "I gave Jack a pumpkin for a head. He can speak again." Added by the 2026-10-26 Patch.

Pumpkins and lit jack-o'-lanterns are new pickable objects in the world, so you presumably pick one. Jack's gardener points you in the right direction. It doesn't stack, it's untradeable, and it's destroyed rather than dropped if you drop it.
