The Pumpkin Head is the reward for finishing the Halloween quest Jack's Little Gardening Job: once you've cleared the cursed roots from his garden, "Jack gave me a pumpkin head to wear". Added by the 2026-10-26 Patch.

It's a cosmetic head item with no stats: its entry in the client's equipment table is empty. It's untradeable, and it's destroyed rather than dropped if you drop it.
